These terms apply when you use this website or book a treatment with Ease Spa & Wellness Centre ("we", "us", "our"), located at Mbogo 1 Road, Najjera, Kampala, Uganda. By browsing this site or booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
Use of this website
This website is provided to give you information about our treatments, pricing and location, and to help you get in touch or book a visit. Treatment names, descriptions and prices are listed in good faith and may be updated from time to time without prior notice; please confirm current pricing when you book.
Bookings and appointments
Bookings are made through our booking partner, Spayo, or by contacting us directly by phone or WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once we or Spayo confirm it back to you. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, please contact us as early as you can, ideally at least a few hours before your appointment, so we can offer the slot to another guest.
Your health and safety
Every visit includes a free consultation so we can recommend the right treatment for you. Please tell your therapist about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, skin sensitivities, or pregnancy before treatment begins, so the session can be adjusted safely. Our treatments are for relaxation and general wellbeing; they are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and we may decline or adjust a treatment where we believe it is not safe to proceed.
Pricing and payment
Prices on this website are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are current at the time of publishing, but may change. Payment terms for a booking made through Spayo are governed by Spayo's own terms; for bookings made directly with us, payment is made at the spa unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party services and links
This website links to services we don't control, including our booking page on Spayo, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and the map on this site. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including our logo, photography, and text, belongs to Ease Spa & Wellness Centre unless otherwise noted, and shouldn't be copied or reused without our permission.
Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and the site itself available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of this website beyond what's required by applicable consumer protection law.
