Ease Spa & Wellness Centre ("we", "us", "our") operates this website to share information about our treatments and to make it easy for you to reach us. This page explains what happens to information connected to you when you use this site.

What this website collects

This website itself does not have a contact form, account system, or checkout, so it does not directly collect or store personal information from you. When you use the buttons and links on this site, you are handed off to separate services:

  • Booking: the "Book Now" button takes you to our booking page on Spayo, a third-party booking platform. Any information you enter there (name, phone number, appointment details) is collected and processed by Spayo, not by this website. Please refer to Spayo's own privacy policy for details.
  • WhatsApp: the WhatsApp buttons open a chat with us via WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta. Messages you send are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
  • Email: if you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message and use it only to respond to you.
  • Instagram and TikTok: our social links take you to our profiles on those platforms, each governed by its own privacy policy.

Fonts and maps

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and displays a location map from OpenStreetMap. Loading these means your browser makes a request to Google's and OpenStreetMap's servers, which may receive standard technical information such as your IP address, as is normal for any resource loaded from the web. Neither is used by us to track you.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts of its own.

Information you share with us in person

When you visit Ease Spa & Wellness Centre for a free consultation or a treatment, we may ask about your health, preferences, or any conditions relevant to your care, so our therapists can treat you safely. This information is used only to plan and deliver your treatment and is not shared outside the spa.

Children

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
