Inside the Ozone Wellness Capsule

The ozone sauna and steambath capsule is easily the treatment guests ask the most questions about before trying, and the one most of them book again once they have. It's a full-body capsule that combines steam heat with ozone, and it's become one of the signature experiences on our Alternative Therapies menu.

If you've never tried a capsule treatment before, the easiest way to picture it is a private, enclosed steam session: you sit inside with your head resting comfortably outside the capsule, so you're never short of air, while warmth builds gently around your body.

You'll settle into the capsule in a robe, and your therapist controls the heat and timing from outside so you don't have to think about a thing.
